Varroa Mite Treatment Strips

APIBUZZ Varroa Mite Treatment Strip Series

Quick-Acting PVC Strips (Classic Series):

The product with a PVC carrier is our traditional series. The PVC carriers release the active ingredient rapidly in the beehive. The full release takes place in 5–7 days.

APIFLUVA-PRO and APIFLUVA are fluvalinate-based varroa mite strips, while APIFLUME contains flumethrin. They are lightweight, and buying in bulk will save you money on shipping.

Slow-Release Polymer Strips (Advanced Series):

APIBUZZ sustained-release series, such as VAROXPERT amitraz strip and APIXPERT flumethrin strip, is our new product. They are effective in killing bee mites for at least 6 - 8 weeks.

Sustained-release products use porous carriers to absorb drugs. They slowly release their active ingredients when the temperature and humidity in the hives change or when the bees do things that cause friction.

The bee strips have a better release rate of medications. This prevents the drug from forming high concentrations in areas with dense bee activity, such as brood combs. This implies reducing toxicity to bees.
